Cancellation Policy

Smart Body understands that life has its hiccups. That being said, please understand that late cancellations are extremely difficult to fill. Planning and preparation go into all of our scheduling efforts to best accommodate our clients' appointment needs as well as the needs of other clients. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (100% of the service fee).

If you have traveled outside of the country and have an appointment scheduled within a week of the date of your return, we ask that you please re-schedule your appointment at least 10 days out from your scheduled date of return from traveling abroad. This will help reduce the chances of silent symptom spreading.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled service cost. **Please note** Refunds or credit toward services will not be honored under under any circumstances with late cancels. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
